Below are a few of the best ideas that we’ve personally used to create great health. We encourage you to make these a part of your routine since great health doesn’t happen overnight. It must be continually sought after each day. When things become routine or part of your habits they get easier but until then we must make conscious decisions to succeed.

Daily Exercise

Seems obvious! Getting your heart rate up and blood pumping has such an impact on every facet of life.

Cryotherapy

Everyone wants to have a great tan but no one wants the longterm negative effects of sun damage. Utilize sunscreen daily not just when going to the pool or playing outdoor sports.

Massage Therapy

This is often seen as a luxury item however, there is substantial proof of the health benefits associated with getting a massage. Stress reduction, improved flexibility and circulation are few of the benefits of this treat.

Go Vegan

Yes, I definitely saved the most difficult for last. The greatest contributor to great health and even poor health is what we put into our bodies. As many others have done, we learned about the positive attributes of a Plant Based Diet from the popular Netflix documentary, What The Health. We personally have countless stories of those who have made this change and reduced/even eliminated medications and feel tremendous. It can be a difficult transition at first, but once you learn what and how to eat it is a lifestyle change that you will enjoy. At risk of sounding fanatical we will stop there:)

“Wow! That persons intense!” How many times have you heard that about someone? Being intense can be a phenomenal quality. However, In my unique business role I get to “see behind the curtain” of people’s relationships, health and finances. Over the past 20 years I’ve noticed that the intense person rarely has the best results. 

 

Intensity

Consider this, you should brush your teeth at least 730 times per year. What if you said, I’m going to be super intense and take a really aggressive approach on this and you were able to knock out all 730 times within the first two months of the year? Would that work out? It’s pretty intense though. 
Intense people often talk about working out and being healthy. Many January Gym Members use their regiment as a point of shaming those who are less intense. However, what we all know to be true in the realm of healthy living is that its best when achieved over time. 20 minutes per day far exceeds the hyper intense 1x per week visit to the gym. 
Certainly I don’t want to give the impression that I’m an advocate for going slowly towards or meekly attacking ones goals. Quite the opposite in fact. However, in this time of year when New Years Resolutions are falling faster than Atlanta Sports Teams I want for you to consider creating life habits not just guilty fallout.
Guilty fallout is the unresolved desires that you stack on top of last years failed or unresolved ambitions. 
Make certain, however, that you are creating the right or even best habits to achieve your goals. I often times see, regardless of intensity, people who are working on tasks or projects that will never lead them to their desired results. This is when having a mentor proves most beneficial; Most importantly being open to hearing and responding to their guidance and a willingness to change directions.
As you get started with your 2018 plans consider techniques which will allow you to be more like the the tortoise from Aesop’s Fable. Steady plodding but all the while gaining on your goal.

If you want to hide from someone or share your information with specific people, there is an option for that. Here, you have the right to review, approve or delete posts you were tagged in and/ or remove tags from some people.

Protect your accounts beyond the site’s options

Passwords are designed to safeguard our information on social media. The best way to protect your account beyond the site’s options is by increasing your password efficiency. Create a strong password that has at least 12 characters. The shorter your passwords, the easier it would be for hackers to have access to your site.

To be on safer side, always change your passwords at least three to four times every year and/ or change them any time you feel your account may have been compromised. Try as much as possible to avoid the ‘remember password’ option on most sites. Clear your browser history where you think your passwords might have been saved. Install a firewall to protect your device from hackers or outside users.

Test security before going live

Before you go live with new applications such as software applications, standalone, mobile, web app or infrastructure, try as much as possible to ensure it is secure.
